A dreamy lavender field photoshoot experience

📅 Date: Sunday, July 20, 2025
📍 Location: 3700 Old Hwy 91, Mona, UT 84645
📸 Shoot Time: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM
( lets meet at 630pm in the parking lot to get ourselves organized and try to carpool over to the lavender fields.) Shooting portion starts at 7pm.

Step into a fairytale and wander through rows of blooming lavender in this stunning midsummer portfolio-building shoot.
This photoshoot meetup will take place during golden hour at the dreamy Young Living Lavender Farm in Mona, Utah. Models will be dressed in raw-edged, tattered gowns and barefoot or booted for a storybook editorial vibe.

## 📸 What to Expect:

✔️ Styled models in free-spirited, tattered, made from love gowns
✔️ Romantic boho-fairytale vibes — soft movement, natural beauty, glowing light
✔️ Portfolio-building experience for photographers
✔️ No assigned groups — shoot freely and organically
✔️ A collaborative, portfolio-building experience with fellow creatives
✔️ Photographers are free to shoot whomever they’d like — no forced rotations

## 💫 Wardrobe & Styling:

Gowns provided by designer and wearable artist:

Each one-of-a-kind piece is reimagined from thrifted gowns and vintage fabrics — tattered, raw-edged, romantic. Picture layers of lace, mesh, and distressed textures with a free-spirited, nomadic twist. These looks are earthy, moody, and made for wandering barefoot through lavender fields like a runaway bride from a storybook.

## 💼 Photographer Expectations:

This is a portfolio-building photoshoot, not a workshop or class.
That said — I’ll be there if you have questions, need help, or want guidance on anything. You’re also welcome to learn from your fellow photographers by observing how they work and interact with models.
✔️ Bring your own gear — cameras, lenses, lighting, etc.
✔️ Upload your best edited photos to the shared gallery within 2 weeks:

## 📋 Additional Info:

• No model rotation system — shoot with whomever inspires you.
• Be respectful. Ask before touching or positioning models.
• Provide your own model releases if needed. Models have the right to decline.
• Expect some group shooting along with one-on-one opportunities.

## 💰 Pricing:

$75 per photographer
Includes full access to the styled shoot, models, and location.

🚫 Refund Policy:
Meetups are like concerts — no refunds. If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to sell or give away your spot. Check the comment section for anyone on the waitlist.
