🌙✨ Whimsigoth Photoshoot at Gardner Village ✨🌙
Step into the whimsigoth aesthetic — a blend of gothic romance and whimsical free spirit. Think Stevie Nicks meets moonlit garden party: flowing skirts, layered textures, lace, velvet, corsets, draped shawls, celestial jewelry, wide-brim hats, and boots.
This shoot is all about witchy elegance with a dreamy twist — magical, mystical, and fashion-forward. Imagine a modern witch wandering through cobblestone paths with the village giving us the perfect moody, old-world backdrop.

Shoot time 4:00pm to 7:00pm

photographers who RSVP will just need to show up at 4 pm ready to shoot! I have planned everything for you! The models, makeup artists, and wardrobe! You may bring your lights if you would like.

While this shoot is for portfolio building and not a workshop learning experience, I will be there if you have any questions, or you can learn from your fellow photographers by watching them!

• TAGGING: Please tag all people involved in the photos on any social media! After the shoot I will update the info in the comment section with who did whos makeup and hair so that will make it easier for you to tag everyone! Please remember to tag the model, makeup artist, hair stylist, and @slcfashionphotoshoots
• Your collaborators will be able to use your photos for their own purposes, whether posting on their website or building their modeling portfolio and for social media

***IMPORTANT***
- The Location (Gardner Village) is providing us the venue for free in exchange for being able to use our photos in their marketing. So Everyone coming to this shoot will need to sign a release

• This Meetup does not do groups/rotations! I do not like to tell the photographers who they have to shoot with. You are free to shoot with anyone. You do not have to shoot the models you do not want to shoot.

-Please be friendly and courteous! While there will most likely be enough models to do one on ones just also expect to shoot the models with multiple photographers at once

• Do not touch the models before asking. No grabbing them or placing them where you want them. Ask them if it is ok to place them where you want them before doing so.
• No generators/ or cords that can trip people

If the location is free why is there a fee?

The location isn’t charging us, but there are still significant costs involved in making this shoot possible. I personally invested in the wardrobe to match the aesthetic, and those outfits alone were a big expense. On top of that, there are insurance fees and other production costs that go into coordinating everything. The fee helps cover those things so we can create something high-quality and organized for everyone.

Waitlist: If the meetup is full please just post in the comment section that you would like to be on the waitlist

REFUND POLICY: Meetups are like Concerts. If you need to cancel you can sell your spot or give it away but there are no refunds. You can try to find people on the waitlist in the comments.
