Chatting again at Bruges (in Sugar House)

Details
Hi Everybody,
Thanks again to everyone who came out to T.F. for the last event. That was probably the second-biggest turnout in the past few years, after Bohemian Brewery, a few weeks earlier. Good to see so many people, especially new faces.
Back in the spring, we met at Bruges Belgian Bistro in Sugar House (2314 S Highland Dr) and it seemed to work well. They have some outdoor tables on the east side of the building, which are in the shade later in the afternoon. They also have some indoor tables. If the weather is too hot, windy, rainy, or unpleasant to be outside, we can move some tables together inside.
They specialize in Belgian street-cart food. The owner is a super-nice Belgian guy who knows his frites and imports ingredients (specifically the sugar pearls) from Belgium to get the waffles right.
Their food menu is online here:

There have been some stories in the local media about this business, and others in the area, struggling from the non-stop construction projects happening over the past few years. It would be nice to support them, but be aware that parking is an adventure.
Anyone with any level of fluency is welcome to attend. There is no agenda or start time, so arrive whenever you can. Guests are also welcome. It's open to anyone, but speaking in German as much as possible is encouraged. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me or post a comment below.
