Why do I resist self love?
A part of us knows self love is the key to an inner freedom and a richer life. Another part of us thinks we are undeserving. It lists reasons why we can’t love ourselves.
If you want more self love, learn to orient toward it with these three steps.1) Be deeply honest with yourself on where you are.
2) Clear your mind of your stories.
3) Look toward a purity of inner love.What if these three steps could help you find the freedom to love? In this first session of The Self Love Expedition, which will meet every two weeks for ten weeks, we will explore the nuances of each step with coaches Scott Grusky and Rich Life.
A deep practice of self love is the most important thing you can do to improve overall well-being. But don't worry, you don't need to commit to attend all ten sessions—you’ll be able to listen to recordings of any sessions you miss.
At the end of each session, we will invite anyone interested to be a self-love beta tester.
