Over the course of our lives, we all accumulate a bag of thoughts about who we are. These thoughts can come from trauma, criticism, praise, accomplishment, failure, desire, disappointment or simply what someone tells us. Often they take root when we are still children or when we are not maturationally developed enough to judge their accuracy. Yet they can feel extremely limiting in the way that they shape our identity and throttle our growth. In this workshop, we will apply the framework of the Three Principles to uncover a powerful secret: Our thoughts about who we are do not own us and need not define us. To cement this understanding, we will each have the opportunity to share some thoughts about ourselves that we most dislike. Then we will turn them on their heads to set them free. Come to this stimulating workshop and learn how to become who you really are!
