Sovereignty is a gift given to us from spirit. We all have access to an inner freedom and peace that is a part of our true nature. We innocently learned to give away this innate freedom. What if we could reclaim it?
The Self Love Expedition embarked on May 30th! This no-cost webinar series will be led by Rich Life and Scott Grusky. We will meet online for one hour every other Saturday at 4:30 pm MDT for 10 weeks, starting on May 30, 2026.
Landing on sustained self love is priceless. This incredible ten week program led by two amazing coaches is available at no cost.
This course may be for you if self love would bring more beauty and connection. It is for you if you can hold the following agreements in your heart:
- We agree to watch the replay for any sessions we miss.
- We agree to bring our deepest level of presence and listening.
- We agree to have compassion and grace for ourselves and others.
- We agree not to save each other, but to give each other room to grow with love and support.
- We agree to hold each meeting as sacred.
- We agree to begin our commitment to self-love starting now.
The journey of self love is never ending. We can always get better at the practice. TOTAL beginners are welcome! No experience is needed.
