Having trouble sleeping, even when you’re tired?
This is an English-speaking online meditation group focused on improving sleep through a body-based approach.
Instead of trying to “think your way to sleep,” we work with the body to help your nervous system settle naturally.
Through simple breath and body awareness, you’ll begin to release tension and feel more at ease.
In each session, you will:
- Learn how to release tension through the body
- Support your nervous system in relaxing more naturally
- Feel more grounded and at ease
- Improve your ability to fall asleep and rest
The practice is:
- Simple and practical
- Beginner-friendly
- Gentle and non-forceful
No experience is needed. You can simply join as you are.
This group is for people who:
- Have difficulty falling asleep
- Wake up at night and can’t go back to sleep
- Feel tense even when trying to relax
- Tend to overthink at night
Guided by a Japan-based meditation coach with over 10 years of personal practice.
This approach is grounded in direct personal experience of recovering from long-term insomnia and anxiety through body-based work.
All sessions are held online via Zoom.
Camera is optional throughout the session.
You’re welcome to keep it off and just listen if you prefer.
If you’re looking for a simple and grounded way to improve your sleep, you’re very welcome to join.
