This session is for people struggling with sleep.

Instead of trying to control the mind,
we work directly with the body.

Through gentle movement, breathing, and simple awareness,
you’ll begin to release tension and help your nervous system settle naturally.

As the body relaxes, the mind can follow.

This is a calm, practical session — something you can actually feel.

No experience needed. Just join as you are.

This is a small, experimental session as I begin offering this work online.
The first few sessions will be offered for free.
