Tomales Point Trail (easy-mid, 9mi, 1000 ft gain)

Join us for a moderate hike at Pt. Reyes' Tomales Point Trail where you can whale watch and view elk.

This hike will be about 10 miles and should take about 3.5-4 hours. Elevation gain is only 1200ft, so this is an easy-intermediate level hike. The route is fully exposed and sandy in large sections.

Where to meet: The trail head at the Pierce Ranch parking lot.

What to bring: One to two liters of water, good walking/hiking shoes, face mask, sun protection.
