If you're joining "Build Your Personal Website" (31. Aug): We work through your personal brand — your Why, your strengths, how you want to show up, and what you want your website to say about you. You leave with a clear brief that feeds directly into the group build session.
If you're joining both: We cover the full picture. Career positioning, personal brand, and the story that connects them.

Mel Nikolic is co-founder of Peakwell and has spent years at the intersection of psychology, marketing, and hiring — including sitting on the other side of the table for senior-level roles.
