SLO Friends and Fellowship (20s-40s)

Grab your chef's hats and your aprons, and join us for a night of cooking fun!

During this event Bernardo and John will walk you through the process of making fruity, savory pork in a puff pastry crust (see image).

There will be two teams of 5 people working on the same item. We'll purchase all of the ingredients and we'll process them together. All you need to do is show, there's nothing you need to bring but a good attitude and a willingness to have fun and work with others to create a new dish (and wash dishes afterward :)).

We'll send directions to the location as the date approaches.

Hiking Ontario (Avila) Ridge
Difficulty: Moderate
Suggested Equipment: Water bottle, good grip shoes, and a lightweight jacket.
The hidden trail head is shown in the attached photo which starts across the street from 299 El Portal Drive. It's short intense hike, roughly 3 miles. It starts with heavy uphill, then a quick down hill, then a brisk flat walk. The sunset is absolutely gorgeous and worth it alone!

We are in the back area of the restaurant. One of us will have a bag of games, so we’re easily identifiable.

It's been a while but I am back with a north county trivia night. Yes, I realize it's election day, so get those votes in first!

Trivia starts at 600, but happy hour ends at 6, so get there early to get set up with us and take advantage of those happy hour specials. I will grab a table and update the event comments letting you all know where I'm at.

To my former Screaming Goats teammates: I still have our gift card from our last win! We can put it toward food for the table.
