All my favorite single-track trails in MDO are overgrown (boo!), but the trusty Bluff Trail is wide and welcoming (yay!). Join us for a moderately-paced scenic sunset walk along the bluffs.

We will start at the trailhead just past Spooner's Cove and walk to the Coon Creek Parking Lot and back. We'll likely see deer, lots of seabirds, and - if we're really lucky - the very tame resident bobcat who I've heard likes to cruise the Bluff Trail in the evening.

When: 6:00 (we will start walking promptly at 6:05)
Parking: Park along the road and meet near the trailhead entrance for the Bluff Trail (click on the map for exact location)
Distance: 4 miles (total)
Elevation Gain: Around 150 feet
Terrain: Wide dirt fire road
Dogs: No dogs allowed on trails
Bathrooms: There are two bathrooms on our route
