What to Expect:
We meet for one relaxed lap around Sloan’s Lake — about 2.5 miles. You can run, jog, or walk — all paces are welcome!

Agenda:

  • 6:00 PM – Meet & mingle at the picnic tables next to the Tennis Courts (17th street)
  • 6:15 PM – Group stretch and start the lap
  • ~6:45 PM – Optional post-run hangout (grab a drink, snack, or just chat!)

What to Bring:

  • Water
  • Weather-appropriate clothes
  • A friend (or come solo and make new ones!)

Where to Find Us:
We meet on the South side of Sloan’s Lake, at the picnic tables next to the Tennis Courts (across the street from Cholon).
