Fortress Mountain S5 (Strenuous)

Details
Read the trip description carefully!
20+ km Loop and 1100 meters elevation, a good 10h or more. The distance and difficulties will make it a long day!
We are planning to do it as a loop, from Headwall lake to Chester lake.
It is doable even after the flood but it will be more difficult than it was before. Expect route finding, damaged trail and bushwacking!
Note you will need to be in good shape to complete this event as the elevation gain is just under ... well, a lot!
So, we'll walk at a steady pace with limited breaks!
ONLY THOSE WHO ANSWER THE RSVP QUESTIONS WILL BE PERMITTED ON THE HIKE. Organizers have the authority to decide who is allowed on their trip based on your profile and hiking history. Please ensure your profile is up to date, including a current photo. NO WHINERS.
I'll limit this trip to a short number of persons!
For safety reasons (rock exposure, weather condition and wildlife) and because it is a loop, we'll keep the group together. Not willing to separate the group!
I got a warning from the Kananaskis information center to keep group together due to wildlife activity so you are warned! The group will stay together!
