Gary Groeneveld's 70th birthday supper - Georgetown Pub

Due to the closure of the Highwood Pass area on Highway 40 due to the G7, I'm moving the dinner to the Georgetown Pub in Canmore. Please sign up in advance if you plan to attend, so I can let them know how many people to expect.

Gary Groeneveld is a kind, funny, and adventurous Slow and Steady organizer, professional photographer, and retired teacher. He has led hikes and taught about animals, birds, photography, outdoor skills, snowshoeing and more for many years. Many have had the opportunity to hike, snowshoe, and backpack with him.

To celebrate his 70th (!!) birthday, we're going to have supper at the Georgetown Pub in Canmore. There is no hike connected to this post, just supper. If you would like to join us, please put your name on the list. A week or two ahead, I'll let the pub know how many are coming. If you can no longer attend, please update your availability so I can give accurate numbers to the pub.

A few of us will be backpacking to Point Campground for a couple days before the supper. We'll come directly from the trip to the hotel. ETA is 4pm. The backpacking trip has a separate posting.
