BOW RIVER URBAN WALK

Meetup: Edworthy Park: NW Parking lot off Bowness Road - 4105 Montgomery View NW, Calgary. I will be near Angel’s Cappuccino & Ice Cream Hut. (Please be on time - No guests)

We will be walking about 2 to 2.5hrs/possibly 6-9k. We will leave Edworthy Park from Edworthy Park and head towards downtown.

Walk Description:
Distance: Total distance approximately about 6-9km/ 2-3hrs - depending on conditions.

Elevation Gain: Minimal to Moderate

Event Pace: The pace for this hike will be reasonable.

Required Gear: 2 L of Water, Hiking boots (or appropriate running shoes) Wear and bring appropriate layers for the temperatures and weather (Bring snacks for yourself)
Suggested Gear: first aid kit
