Bowness Lagoon ice skating

The main lagoon at Bowness Park is open for ice skating during the winter and is suitable for all levels of skaters. You can skate on the main lagoon which is on the eastern side of the park, or skate under the bridge along a narrower area to the west. There is a restaurant at Bowness Park called the "Seasons of Bowness Park," and there are several outdoor benches and tables in front of it. Meet at the outdoor benches at 1 pm. Look for a short older lady wearing a two-color parka--burgundy on the bottom and a lighter pinkish color on the top. I will have a blue binder with a waiver, which you will need to sign.
