A meandering rolling hike through the forest hills before culminating in a last climb to the hill lookout. Doing this the longer way round. Break for snacks at the top of the hill. I'm going to be backpack training this event but its not going to be super slow so not for super slowpokes as we'll be moving at a steady pace with some stops but not a whole lot, mainly at some of the viewpoints. Microspikes is needed as we can expect ice in some sports the trail. No jeans/denim clothing.
Meet by the parking indicated. No cell reception at the trailhead.
