Weaselhead South Trail & Rolling Hills Fast Steady Huff. Not slow.

If you are looking to improve your fitness. We will be on the south glenmore reservoir trail, there will be some rolling hills and flats. Not as fast I used to be but still faster than normal, need to get back in shape. Not leisurely, we'll be huffing it and walking quickly. There will be hills to do. Weekday exerciser. Off pavement trail has minimal technical difficulty, mostly small rolling hills. Evening exerciser. We leave at 6.30pm sharp.
We'll stick together as a group. Some stops for chats and photos and such.
DISTANCE: 6.5 km approx
ELEVATION GAIN: 140m ups and downs.
PACE: QUICK & STEADY. We'll take about 1.5hrs to do this (see distance).
Dress for breathability. We'll be working up a sweat. No Denim Clothing including Jeans. Make sure your footwear is suitable for muddy/snowy/icy trails.
Event Directions:
Go west on 90 Ave SW, go past the parking lot with the water park. Go past an open field. Its the parking lot west after that.
