South Bow River ride

What we will do:
This is a loop in the south of Calgary until Fish Creek Park.

We will meet up at 194 Ave SE and Wolf Willow Blvd SE.
Event Type: Biking, all types
Distance: Approximately 22.km (loop)
Elevation Gain: +/- 126 meters gain
Time (Only an Est.): 3-4 hours on trail
Physical Difficulty: Beginner rider --
Event Pace: Beginner rider - we will stop for pictures & take breaks when needed.

- Bike: Road, Mountain or gravel bike, e-bike.
- helmet (mandatory, no exceptions)
- water 2 Lt.
- lunch / snacks
- hat / gloves
- technical clothing (no cotton, no jeans)
- rain coat
- bear spray
š² Suggested gear:
- spare inner tube, patch kit and pump
- sunscreen
- personal first aid kit
- camera
- head light
- Repellent

Organizer will have a group waiver for you to sign at the trailhead. You are required to read the Slow and Steady Hiker Club Waiver:
