Bike Ride :Fish Creek On July 1st
Details
π΄ββοΈπ¨π¦ Our Annual Canada Day Bike Ride to Fish Creek! π¨π¦π΄ββοΈ
Let's celebrate Canada's birthday on July 1st with our annual bike ride to Fish Creek!
The weather forecast hasn't been very cooperative and seems to change from day to day, so let's hope for the best and be prepared for whatever Mother Nature brings.
After our ride, we'll gather for a tailgate picnic at the Bird Sanctuary. Please bring something to share with the group. If possible, I'd appreciate it if you could bring a food item rather than snacks so we can enjoy a more substantial and varied meal together.
There will be a few challenging hills along the route, but we've conquered them beforeβand we can certainly do it again! With great company, positive attitudes, and plenty of smiles, we'll make it another memorable ride.
- Distance: 40-45 km round trip
- Elevation gain: ~200 meters (there are a few steep hills !)
-Estimated time on the trail: 4 to 5 hours, but no guarantees.
If youβre on a tight schedule, this ride might not be for you.
Weβre out there to enjoy the day, take it easy, and just go with the flow."
- Group size: 8-10
