Mount Bryant Lake

Mount Bryant Lake: out and back 15k at 573 meter gain. This hike is a diverse landscape that starts out hiking threw a Boulder thick dry creek. Then as we begin to gain elevation threw the forest and over the tree until we reach the mountain lake.
This is one of the hidden gems along the powderface trail.
2 options for meeting will at the Somerset LRT east parking lot for anybody that wants to carpool. ( 25 dollar gas fee to the driver), or the elbow valley visitor center.

Somerset east parking lot @ 7:30 am.
Elbow valley visitor center @ 8:30am.

In addition to this hike everyone is welcome to join in after hike get together, in bragg creek. An opportunity to get to know each other better and celebrate the " Dulcius ex asperis " -the sweetness after the struggle- with food and drinks. It's not mandatory but it will be part of the event so if your are car pooling prepare to participate or make alternate plans.
