Nose Hill ParkRun is a free, weekly 5k community event. WALK, jog, run, volunteer or spectate – it's up to you! It is entirely organised by volunteers.

We will meet and greet at 8:30am - Shaganappi Trail NW and Edgemont Drive, next to the bathroom at the parking lot. The walking event starts every Saturday at 9:00am. We will go at a leisurely pace. Afterwards, we will grab a post parkrun beverage/snack at the Friends cafe (104-45 Edenwold Drive NW, Calgary T3A 3S8).

It's free, but please register with parkrun before you first come along if you want your time recorded. You'll get a scannable copy of your barcode to help track your progress.
