Slow Friendship for Women

Did you know that many people in Ireland find it difficult to make friends here? Whether you have lived in Ireland your whole life or if you have moved here from another country, many people find that making real, meaningful and long lasting friendships has been a struggle in Irish society.

Hi there, my name is Ani. I'm 38 and I've lived in Ireland for 7 years; one thing that has been important to me since moving to Ireland is being able to make friends. I love life here, but I would love to be able to live a life where friendship is a part of my experience.

I have tried to connect with people through MeetUp only to find that folks have to move away to another country or they might not come along to a following MeetUp etc. Some groups are huge in number and it can be overwhelming trying to keep up with so many people in one setting.

I want to set up this small group, limiting it to 10 people. I would be very open to having some lady friends of my own to share the chats, the laughs, and all of life's ups & downs with. I'd just like to actually get to know people on a gentle and regular basis to help nurture a real authentic connection.
