What we’re about

Hey ladies! If you want to run with a group but don't want to feel left behind or like the straggler of the group, this is for you!

Calling all beginner runners to come train with interval walk / runs leading to a full 5K. Join for partner warm ups, building an active girl group, and running through Dublin's parks and the city!

We will go at a slow pace - it's all about showing up, including everyone, and getting to build a new running network. After our runs, we will go for coffee, donuts, or something fun!
