Slow Girls Run at Dun Laoighair (with sea swim)!

Hi all!

This Slow Girls Run will be held in Dun Laoighaire, meeting point will be by the pier ! 😊

We plan to complete a 5k with walking and running intervals! And afterwards we will arrange for an opportunity to have a sea swim, a coffee and chat in a nearby cafe!
