Slow Girl Runs at St Stephen’s Green Park 🌳 🌳

Hi all!

This Slow Girls Run will be held at St Stephens Green at 10am, meeting point will be by the entrance beside the shopping centre! 😊 (please note that we keep the exact location updated on whatsapp, please direct message for the link!)

We plan to complete a 5k with walking and running intervals!

And afterwards grab a coffee and chat in a nearby cafe!

We will be also doing Weak Girl Strength which will be a number of excercises focused on building strength and starts at 9:15am for girls that what to start a little earlier (the run will still operate at the same time)! ❤️
