Over the past three months, Confidence Lab has explored a simple but powerful idea: confidence begins with seeing ourselves clearly.

Self-awareness isn't something we achieve once, it's a lifelong practice. As we become more aware of our strengths, patterns, values, and blind spots, we gain the ability to make choices that are more intentional, more aligned, and more authentic.

In this special fireside conversation, we'll sit down with community builder, storyteller, and Columbus influencer Jeannette Burchfield to explore her personal journey of self-awareness. Together, we'll discuss the experiences, relationships, feedback, and daily practices that have helped her become more grounded in who she is and how that ongoing work has shaped the way she lives, leads, and connects with others.
