A session for anyone who feels exhausted by the maintenance of being alive.

Answer the emails. Book the appointment. Pay the bill. Return the form. Schedule the thing. Follow up. Clean. Shop. Plan. Repeat.
None of it is huge, but somehow it never ends. Life admin is the invisible, constant background labor of adulthood. The tiny tasks that quietly pile up until even opening your laptop or checking your mail feels overwhelming.
And when you fall behind, it can spiral into guilt, avoidance, and shame.

We’ll talk about:

  • Why “simple tasks” can feel so hard
  • Procrastination without judgment
  • Decision fatigue
  • The mental load we carry alone
  • The pressure to be endlessly functional

Not to fix it. Not to optimize your routine. But to normalize how heavy it can feel.

Together, we’ll name the invisible work, share what’s been draining us lately, and offer each other a little compassion (and maybe a few gentle strategies that have helped).

Because sometimes the most relieving thing isn’t getting everything done, it’s realizing you’re not the only one drowning in to-dos.

Who Am I?
Hi, I’m Jesse, a communications and advocacy professional passionate about building a safer, more just world. Originally from Austin and now living in Italy, I believe life is measured by the quality of our connections, and I’m excited to use this space to help people build community through openness and shared stories.

How Does it Work?
This is an open, guided discussion led by your Keeper, Jesse. Each participant will have the opportunity to listen to and share experiences on anxiety, well-being, emotions, and whatever else comes up during the session.

When and How Do We Meet?
We meet digitally to make participation easy for those with demanding schedules. Cameras are optional, and you’re welcome to join from wherever you are, even between shifts. We only ask that you find a private place to join or use headphones to help maintain the security of everyone present.
