#### This session is about exploring personal style through the lens of identity.

Somewhere between trends, algorithms, and “capsule wardrobes,” getting dressed stopped feeling like self-expression and started feeling like a test. Is this flattering enough? Professional enough? Cool enough? Age-appropriate? Why does everyone else look so effortless?

Because what we wear often carries more than we think: how we want to be seen, how safe we want to feel, how seriously we want to be taken, how much space we feel allowed to occupy.

Together, we’ll explore the quiet pressures around appearance — comparison, trends, body changes, workplace expectations, money, and the invisible rules we absorbed growing up. We’ll reflect on how style can slowly drift into performance… and what it might look like to dress more like ourselves instead.

This isn’t about “fixing” your wardrobe or buying anything new. It’s about reconnecting with your taste, your comfort, your expression.

This session is for you if:

  • Getting dressed sometimes feels stressful or like a costume
  • You default to “safe” clothes even when they don’t feel like you
  • Your style has changed (or you want it to) and you’re not sure where to start
  • You feel caught between trends and authenticity
  • You want your clothes to feel like home, not pressure

Come as you are — hoodie, workwear, pajamas, or your favorite outfit. No one’s grading, but bonus points if you wear something you like and want to share with the group. We’re just figuring out what “feels like me” together.

Who Am I?
Hi, I’m Jesse, a communications and advocacy professional passionate about building a safer, more just world. Originally from Austin and now living in Italy, I believe life is measured by the quality of our connections, and I’m excited to use this space to help people build community through openness and shared stories.

How Does it Work?
This is an open, guided discussion led by your Keeper, Jesse. Each participant will have the opportunity to listen to and share experiences on anxiety, well-being, emotions, and whatever else comes up during the session.

When and How Do We Meet?
We meet digitally to make participation easy for those with demanding schedules. Cameras are optional, and you’re welcome to join from wherever you are, even between shifts. We only ask that you find a private place to join or use headphones to help maintain the security of everyone present.
