A session for ambition, existential dread, self-doubt, and the quiet panic about the future.

There’s a particular ache that comes with wanting a big, meaningful life, and being terrified you won’t get there. The fear of falling short. The pressure to “figure it out.” The late-night spirals wondering whether you’re wasting time, missing signs, or somehow already behind.

This free, hour-long session is a soft place to land with all of it.

Together, we’ll explore the tension between who you are and who you hope to become, the unconscious timelines you’re trying to meet, and the quiet panic that bubbles up when the future feels uncertain or out of reach.

This session isn’t about fixing your path, it’s about understanding your relationship to desire, pressure, comparison, and possibility. It’s a chance to slow down, listen inward, and gently question the stories you tell yourself about success, worth, and “not enough yet.”

We’ll explore questions like:

  • Who is the version of me I’m afraid I’ll never become?
  • What timelines or expectations am I secretly comparing myself against?
  • What do I fear will happen if my life unfolds differently than I planned?

You’re welcome to bring your ambition, your doubt, your overwhelm, and your hope. This session is a space to breathe, recalibrate, and reconnect with possibility.

Who Am I?
Hi, I’m Jesse, a communications and advocacy professional passionate about building a safer, more just world. Originally from Austin and now living in Italy, I believe life is measured by the quality of our connections, and I’m excited to use this space to help people build community through openness and shared stories.

How Does it Work?
This is an open, guided discussion led by your Keeper, Jesse. Each participant will have the opportunity to listen to and share experiences on anxiety, well-being, emotions, and whatever else comes up during the session.

When and How Do We Meet?
We meet digitally to make participation easy for those with demanding schedules. Cameras are optional, and you’re welcome to join from wherever you are, even between shifts. We only ask that you find a private place to join or use headphones to help maintain the security of everyone present.
