It's time for our monthly check-in!
How did we do last month? Where did we feel pressure? Where did we feel content?
We'll explore these questions this more in our Self-Sabotage check-in.
Self-sabotage can feel oddly familiar, like an old pair of shoes that don't fit but you keep wearing anyway, even though you know there's something better out there.
It sneaks in so quietly that it almost feels familiar. And before we know it trying something new looks like a risk while guilt and shame become the norm.
Sound like you? Yeah, me too.
Lucky for us, others have successfully broken the cycle of self-sabotage.
By becoming more self-aware, identifying our core values, and practicing self-compassion, we too can break the cycle.
If you’ve been through our 6-week Series on self-sabotage—or if you’re just ready to stop tripping over your own expectations—this follow-up support and accountability group is for you. No fluff, no grand promises—just a real space to keep each other honest and on track.
###
Who is this Space for?
- Past series members who want to keep the momentum going.
- Newcomers who don’t mind diving in midstream and being honest about where they’re at.
- Anyone who’s simply tired of the same old loops and wants a fresh pack of accountability.
Still don't know if this Space is right for you? If these questions hit home, the answer is probably yes.
- Can you explain your core values to a stranger
- What set you back this week?
- When you look back at past projects or goals, what’s the most common point where things tended to unravel?
- What did success or failure look like in your house growing up?

Who Am I?
Hi, I'm Vanessa, a Los Angeles-based artist and recovering hot mess. I've battled many challenges, from undiagnosed depression to struggling with alcohol abuse, and knows first hand how hard it is to face complex emotions alone.
Through my personal evolution, I've learned how to take action in my life, transforming negative patterns into sources of contentment by reconnecting with the versions of myself I used to hide. Still far from perfect, I host Spaces to show that little by little, a little becomes a lot.
How Does it Work?
This is an open, guided discussion led by your Keeper, Vanessa. Each participant will have the opportunity to listen to and share experiences on love, well-being, emotions, and whatever else comes up during the session.
When and How Do We Meet?
We meet digitally to make participation easy for those with demanding schedules. Cameras are optional, and you’re welcome to join from wherever you are, even between shifts. We only ask that you find a private place to join or use headphones to help maintain the security of everyone present.
