Looking to form a small group (8 members max) for a focused and supportive weight loss accountability session for people serious about taking control of their health.
👉Requirements
- Commit to weekly Google Meet calls on Wednesdays, 6–7 PM (Pacific/California Time)
- Purchase/Download:
• The Beck Diet Solution Book & the Workbook by Judith Beck
• Intuitive Eating by Evelyn Tribole
• Food log app- MyFitnessPal or VeSynch (Calories in Calories Out plan)
- HMR Diet (pre-portioned hot cereal, boxed meals, bars, and shakes)
- Own a scale that tracks weight & body fat.
- $20 One-Time Fee
👉Program Overview
• Nutrition: Balanced, varied meals with an emphasis on protein to maintain muscle mass.
• Tracking: Calories in/out tracking with an app or HMR Diet (pre-portioned hot cereal, boxed meals, bars, and shakes), plus a group spreadsheet for progress.
• Exercise: 6 days/week of 40–60 minutes (walking, classes, weights, etc.).

- Review shared spreadsheet & calorie/exercise goals.
- Discuss workbook prompts, insights, and progress (Beck Diet, moving into Intuitive Eating).
- Group roundtable & support.

I’m a detail-oriented project manager who’s passionate about health and nutrition. I’m not a nutritionist, but I’m well-read and have successfully lost weight before (and gained it back). After a dietitian recommended Intuitive Eating, I decided to create my own accountability group instead of paying for one—because structure and small, committed groups have worked best for me.
