Cristen Purdy brings over 20 years of banking experience, having held diverse roles including Credit Analyst, Portfolio Manager, Lender, Location President, and currently serves as Market President of SBA & Community Impact Lending at Choice Bank. In this role, Cristen is focused on leading and growing the SBA team while continuing to build strong relationships within the nonprofit and community impact sectors.

John Hicks enjoys using his creativity to find innovative solutions for small business clients. John has worked in sales and marketing in the financial services industry for 20 years. He got his start as a bank teller, and from there moved into consumer lending and small business lending.
