The San Mateo Area Chamber of Commerce is introducing a new remote version of Business Essentials to replace the popular Lunch & Learn sessions while we Shelter in Place. These remote sessions will be 30 minutes in duration via Zoom and feature topics to support members and the community at large. They will be held multiple times weekly on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 10am at no cost to the attendees.

GUEST SPEAKER: Annamarie Buonocore, Publisher/Born to Age Publications San Mateo
Annamarie Buonocore is the new Publisher of Born to Age in San Mateo County, a magazine and directory for seniors, their families, and elder- care professionals. She has been a Senior Care Authority franchisee and placement agent for three and a half years. In addition to her work with seniors, Annamarie is the Associate Publisher of In Flight USA Magazine, a business and general aviation news magazine that has been in publication since 1984. She studied history and literature at San Jose State University and founded her first literary journal while in her second year of college. She enjoys networking, flying, Toastmasters Inter- national, and reading. She lives in San Mateo with her two Maltipoos, Pericles and Sophocles.
In this presentation, Annamarie Buonocore will talk about the planned launch for the new Born to Age publication in San Mateo County. She will talk about the readership demographics and how members of the community can use it as a resource both personally and professionally. She will also discuss how the publication is a critical marketing vehicle for professionals in the eldercare industry. The presentation will be an education for seniors and those who work with them in various capacities in the local community.
