Impediments of Test Driven Development
Test driven development has some clear benefits and have a significant impact on the sustainability of agile development. Yet, it seems to be one of those practices that we all are willing to talk about, but not as willing to sincerely commit to. What are some of the reasons, what keeps us away from benefiting from this important practice. This highly interactive presentation will get into some of the main issues and we will explore some solutions that will help us address the major impediments.

Code Quality and Agile Development
We all have seen our share of bad code. We certainly have come across some good code as well. What are the characteristics of good code? How can we identify those? What practices can promote us to write and maintain more of those good quality code. This presentation will focus on this topic that has a major impact on our ability to be agile and succeed.
