In this meetup we will start with the presentation "Beyond Copy Paste Agile" with Cliff Hazell followed by a presentation of how DNVs is Transforming with Sven-Kåre Evenseth and Henrik Byremo.

Come and join us to learn about Flight-Levels and which parts of the DNV journey was vital for the great results. About the presenters:
Sven-Kåre Evenseth currently works as a Head of Section in DNV - Digital Solutions. He holds the degree of Sivilingeniør (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering, and has for more than 20 years been working with software in various positions. Currently he is making a shift in his career to be able to focus more on continuously improving the software delivery organisation, and less on approving phone bills.

Henrik Byremo is Chief Enabling Officer in Team Agile. His background is from innovation and product leadership, and he helps software companies succeed with this. Currently Henrik is working with Sven-Kåre and his colleagues in DNV - Digital Solutions, to help them speed up their product transformation.

Cliff Hazell has made a career out of breaking down the obstacles that stand in the way of great work. He is often challenging the status quo in his quest to develop the right culture and systems for the creation of excellent Companies and Products. After a tour of addresses across South Africa, Cliff moved to Stockholm where he led a team of Coaches at Spotify for 4 years. Now he helps Scale-ups remove their Growth pains, enabling them to Create Focus, Find Leverage, and Build Habits.
