See Downtown Rocky Mount VA! Walk approx 5 km (3 mi)

Walk scenic and historic downtown Rocky Mount, and "Find the Love" in the county seat of Franklin County. Those coming from Franklin County (Westlake) can meet Ron at New York Pizza, 13300 Booker T Washington Hwy, Moneta, VA 24121 at 8:15 am to carpool. Look for Ron and his gray Toyota. Arrive by 8:50 am to register so we can leave at 9 am. Please text or email Ron if you want to carpool. If driving yourself, meet at 9 am at the caboose outside the Rocky Mount Visitor Center in the Old Train Station. We will tour the historic district and pass quaint shops and a Love sign, travel "The Crooked Road" music heritage trail, and see stunning views from the High Street Cemetery.
Afterwards, we will eat lunch at a restaurant in Rocky Mount.
