Cardio Kickboxing Fitness Group

Looking for a fun, high-energy workout that burns calories, builds confidence, and keeps you motivated?

This group combines the excitement of kickboxing with a challenging cardiovascular workout designed to improve fitness, endurance, coordination, and overall health. No previous martial arts experience is required, and beginners are always welcome.

Classes focus on fitness-oriented kickboxing training rather than competition or sparring. Participants can expect a fast-paced workout that combines striking drills, movement, and conditioning exercises in a positive and supportive environment.

Training may include:

• Punching and kicking combinations
• Focus mitt and kick pad drills
• Shadowboxing
• Footwork and movement exercises
• Cardio intervals
• Core strengthening exercises
• Balance and coordination training
• Agility and endurance drills
• Dynamic stretching and mobility work

This is a fitness class first and a martial arts class second. There is no pressure to spar, compete, or become a fighter. The goal is to help participants improve their health, increase energy levels, relieve stress, and have fun while learning basic kickboxing techniques.

Whether your goal is weight loss, improved conditioning, stress relief, or simply finding an enjoyable way to stay active, this group provides a welcoming atmosphere for all fitness levels.

A suggested donation of $10 per class helps support the Meetup group and training equipment.
