Winter Solstice & Year-End Holiday Party

Sunday, December 21, 2025 (first day of winter and shortest day of the year): 4 pm to 8 pm

Please join us to listen to a 17-piece swing or jazz orchestra band playing holiday and 1940s big band swing music and bring your dancing shoes.

Our event will feature discounted and tasty buffet food and holiday-themed Happy Hour-priced drinks along with numerous prizes offered for attendees at the Canyon Lake Golf & Country Club.

Our title or main sponsors for this event will be Coldwell Banker Canyon Lake (largest real estate brokerage office in this region) and La Rue Escrow, one of the prominent escrow companies in Southern California. We are also officially co-hosting this event with Canyon Lake Golf & Country Club, so we expect a "full house" at this event.

Please bring a door prize (ex: box of chocolates, bottle of wine, coffee mug, cracker box, gift basket, or gift cards) with your business card on it as your "entrance ticket" because we hand out upwards of 100 raffle prizes throughout the evening.

This door prize request is a suggestion, partly to bring more focus on your business; it's not mandatory to attend the event.

This event is open to members of So-Cal Real Estate Investors, partly since I'm in charge of the Winter Solstice Party. This should be our best and most fun event of the year.

We should be holding a Realty411 real estate event next year at Canyon Lake Golf & Country Club, so you will see how nice the venue is if you can attend this Winter Solstice Party.

There is no entrance gate that you need to drive through like when entering the Canyon Lake community to park in at the Canyon Lake Golf & Country Club parking lot because it's off of a public street on Railroad Canyon Road.
