Shoreline Yacht Club - Private Appointments (Property Owners and/or Realtors)

Two Separate Meeting Times: 1 pm to 3 pm and 3 pm to 5 pm.
I've helped to host several meetings and large networking events at our Shoreline Yacht Club (https://www.shorelineyachtclub.com/) over the past several years, including the Realty411's Sail to Success Summit at Shoreline Yacht Club last year on February 22, 2025 (event details: https://realty411.com/realty411s-sail-to-success-summit-at-the-shoreline-yacht-club/ ).

Now, I will start holding private one-on-one appointments at Shoreline Yacht Club starting at 1 pm on Saturday, February 28, 2026. I can meet with homeowners or investors interested in qualifying for a refinance or a purchase loan at two back-to-back meeting time ranges for separate groups, if needed, between 1 pm and 3 pm and 3 pm to 5 pm.

I am also glad to meet with Realtors with active listings to discuss how we can team together for marketing purposes and/or meet with their buyer clients who need to get formally pre-approved for a residential or commercial mortgage before they make a formal offer to purchase.

From my laptop computer, I can get many clients pre-approved while we're sitting there meeting in person.

At a later date, I will be hosting real estate offices to discuss local real estate, financial, and economic trends with a slideshow presentation on a digital screen.

Again, this is a private appointment meeting option that must be scheduled first before you attend. This is not an event where you can just show up to attend like most of our other events.
