Canyon Lake Chamber's Breakfast with Rick Tobin's Presentation

I, Rick Tobin, am the broker/owner of Realloans (residential and commercial mortgages - Realloans.com) and leader of the So-Cal Real Estate Club.

I will share the latest real estate, economic, and financial trends for Canyon Lake, Lake Elsinore, Menifee, and other regions across the nation at Canyon Lake Chamber's Business Roundtable breakfast meeting on Thursday, August 6, 2026 (8 am to 9 am) in the Magnolia Room at the Canyon Lake Golf & Country Club. It will be up to a 30-minute presentation with a slideshow on a large screen.

I've has written hundreds of articles, real estate licensing courses, and college textbooks about real estate, finance, economics, and creative marketing strategies for Realtors, buyers, and sellers over the past 30+ years. I've also been the host or emcee for numerous real estate investing conferences at various locations across California for the well-known Realty411.com publishing group.

This is a free event with a breakfast buffet for Canyon Lake Chamber (https://canyonlakechamber.org/) members and those interested in possibly joining the Canyon Lake Chamber of Commerce at the same breakfast meeting (annual plans vary from $100 for 18 to 25 year old NextGen members, $250 for Gold members, and $450 for Platinum members).

I'm also the Vice-President and Director of Events for the Canyon Lake Chamber of Commerce. This is only my second presentation in front of the Canyon Lake Chamber over the past few years.
