About the event
Stretch your body, calm your mind. Enjoy a beginner-friendly yoga class, with a focus on movement connected to the breath in order to quiet the mind, and help you feel better than when you walked in. Suitable for all levels of experience with yoga.
What to bring
Bring water and wear comfortable clothing you can move around in. Yoga mats are provided, or feel free to bring your own.
Special instructions
Class is held inside of Thrive Solutions IOP. Come to the middle conference room space. Please aim to arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts so that we can make the most of our time!

About the event
Come and play the fastest-growing sport in the United States! Find out why Pickleball is called Pickleball! All levels are welcome. We will start with a warm up, go over basic rules, and play games!
What to bring
Please bring tennis shoes, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses and water. If you don't have your own, balls and paddles will be provided.

Center has several top rope and auto belays, as well as some options for bouldering. Never been climbing before? Don't know how to belay, that's ok! We'll teach you what you need to know!What to bring
Comfortable clothes, Positive vibes, and a willingness to reach for new heights! All climbing gear is provided by the gym if you don't have any.

If you haven't been to the gym before, plan on arriving a little early to fill out a waiver for Nevada climbing center!
