About the event:
Forget the burden of a gym and all those heavy weights. Get your workout on with resistance bands. Join us for a a session of fun resistance band training focusing on select muscle groups.
What to bring?
You’ll be surprised at how much resistance bands may add to your existing workout program. If you’re a beginner, no better way to start than using a LVR (Linear Variable Resistance) program.
Special Instructions:
Recommend bringing 1 liter of water, towel, workout attire including lightweight windbreaker and a smile. Workout will feature safe stretch/warmup, intro/explanation of LVR, work out of one or more body parts, and cooldown.
