About the event:
Let's get together at our amazing Phoenix Community Center and PAINT, or create a VISION BOARD. All of the supplies will be provided.
What to bring?
Yourself! All supplies will be provided.
Special Instructions:
For safety, doors will be LOCKED at 5:10 PM. If you come later, please knock on the door or message Kat on the NewForm app so she can let you in.

The waiver requires an electronic signature when you reserve your spot on The Phoenix website or NewForm mobile app. Please RSVP with integrity and remove yourself from the event if your plans change to make space for someone else.
