About the event:
Join The Phoenix for a birding and picnic adventure! Calling all nature lovers, curious beginners, and anyone who gets a little too excited when they spot a feathered friend in the wild - this one's for YOU! We're heading out for a gentle walk through the local bird preserve, where we'll slow down, look up, listen closely, and learn together. Whether you're brand new to birding or already know the difference between a sparrow and a starling, you're welcome here.

After our walk, everyone is invited to stay for a relaxed group picnic. Just bring a snack or lunch for yourself and enjoy good company. This is going to be a beautiful, peaceful, and fun experience.

What to bring?
Recommended to wear comfortable walking shoes and bring water, a hat, and sunscreen. Bring binoculars if you have some, but if not, Miroslava will provide some. If you plan to stay for the picnic, please bring a snack or lunch for yourself!

Come with curiosity and patience - birding is all about slowing down, noticing the small things, and enjoying the moment!

Special Instructions:
No pets. Biking or running around the facility is not permitted. No feeding the wildlife.

Instructor:
Miroslava
