Join The Phoenix is celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community to the fullest. This yoga flow, grounded in traditional mind-body practice, honors embodiment, identity, and self-expression through intentional movement, breath, and thoughtfully curated music that amplifies authenticity, resilience, and joy.

What to bring?
Mats are provided. Bring your own if you prefer. Water is recommended.

A signed liability waiver is required to attend events with The Phoenix. The waiver requires an electronic signature when you reserve your spot on The Phoenix website or NewForm mobile app. Please RSVP with integrity and remove yourself from the event if your plans change to make space for someone else.
