About the event:
This event is a deep meditative reset. We will begin by doing some breathwork, movement, and meditation before we lay down and become deeply emersed in the vibrations of metal bowls, crystal bowls, and a gong. The intention for this class is to encourage deep relaxation, stress relief and renewed sense of well-being.

What to bring?
You may want to bring a water bottle, pillow and a blanket for comfort.
