A safe, supportive space for women in recovery or women just looking to empower one another. all women are welcome.
SoberHood Women’s Group is a peer-led recovery space for women who are sober, newly sober, or exploring a sober life.
This group is grounded in safety, compassion, empowerment, and lived experience. It’s a place to speak openly, heal, and grow alongside other women who understand the realities of addiction, trauma, and rebuilding life in recovery.
Meetings may include:
Guided conversations and open sharing
Topics such as boundaries, self-worth, emotional health, relationships, and resilience
Support through life transitions and recovery challenges
Connection to community and service opportunities
This is not a 12-step meeting, and there is no pressure to share beyond your comfort level. Judgment, substances, and disrespect are not tolerated. We also do monthly events like Crafts, movies, and potluck.
Whether you’re just starting out or years into recovery, you are welcome here—exactly as you are.

A space for men in recovery to stand up straight and tall again
This is a peer-led men’s recovery group for those who are sober, newly sober, or working toward sobriety.
SoberHood Men’s Group is built on honesty, accountability, respect, and brotherhood. We focus on real conversations, lived experience, and practical tools for life after addiction—not lectures, not judgment, and not a 12-step meeting.
Each gathering may include:
Open check-ins and guided discussion
Topics like emotional regulation, CBT tools, discipline, purpose, and navigating setbacks
Peer accountability and support
Opportunities to give back through community service
This group is open to men 16+ (under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian). We promote unity, growth, and healthy ways to resolve conflict. Violence, drugs, or alcohol have no place here.
If you’re looking for a place to be heard, challenged, and supported by men who’ve lived it—you’re in the right place.
