This season of Leo & Lugh, moving into the Celtic festival of Lughnasagh, is inviting us to dive into source & deep gratitude for Mother Earth, for her bountiful gifts, whilst holding our collective grief & tender hearts alongside each other. A leaning in close to community, a stretching of our hearts out large and wide, feeling the pulse of life & sharing it freely, our expression, our courage, our rhythm with presence.

As we pause, we reflect on the fruits & harvest of the land, & explore the seeds we have nourished & cultivated this season within ourselves & our Sangha ( community ), & how we might move with deeper intention & attention into the months ahead
Join us Thursday August 7th, 7pm to 8:45pm, at a stunning private, indoor location in Sandycove, just a few minutes from the beach, in an invitation to enter into softness, gratitude & presence, beyond judgement and thought, & explore a heartfelt conversation through sacred song and mantra in community.

A beautiful intentional space of devotion & joy, peace & gentleness, where we will slow down together, and open our hearts to the universal intelligence that moves within & raise our singing voices and prayers out around our world. We will weave & flow our gratitude & grief, joy & ecstasy, and all the emotions in-between, as they arise. Creating space together & dropping into Grace and Love, connecting to the ancient ritual practices of Kirtan (call & response singing from the heart) meditation, prayer, embodied movement, EFT, and sound-bath.

We will be accompanied on guitar, harmonium and percussion and most importantly by our deep intentions. We will go for an optional sunset swim in the 40foot and/or a barefoot paddle along Sandycove beach afterwards.

Absolutely no experience of singing or meditation needed. Just come as you are, & you will be welcomed warmly.
